I’m Agy Holden-Parker, a qualified nutritional therapist based in London. With over a decade in the corporate world, I’ve seen how fast-paced, high-stress environments impact health through poor sleep, compromised diets, and burnout. My mission is to empower you with personalised nutrition and holistic strategies that restore balance, boost energy, and support long-term wellbeing.

Taking the first steps towards taking control of your health and wellbeing can be daunting. I hold a top-level diploma in Naturopathic Nutritional Therapy from CNM, backed by three years of rigorous academic and practical training covering biomedicine, pharmaceuticals, diagnostics and specialist nutrition & health topics, including genetics, women's health, fertility, mental health, metabolism, sports nutrition, to name just a few. I have also completed over 200 hours within real clinical settings, empowering me to address a wide range of client needs with an empathetic, open, and honest therapeutic approach.
Furthermore, I have first hand experience of how naturopathic practices can positively impact wellness through my own health journey and I am able to provide both evidence-based and personally tested protocols and advice.
Absolutely! Nutritional therapy is complimentary to medical interventions and can be incredibly helpful for improving overall wellness as well as promoting a healthy response to medications. I have been trained in pharmaceuticals and drug/food interactions to ensure the highest level of safety. Should there be any concern about your individual circumstances, this can be discussed during your 15 minute discovery call.
I'd be happy to help to ensure you get the services that are right for you - depending on your nutritional wellness goals and current health/wellbeing status, I can offer guidance on the length of package I feel will be needed to achieve results. This information can be discussed on a free of charge 15 minute discovery call where we can chat about your requirements. Packages can also be extended should you wish to continue working together beyond the initial booking.
In some circumstances it may be necessary to carry out testing to help formulate the best possible therapeutic plan. Some testing is available via your health care practitioners (such as the NHS) and you may receive a letter recommending certain tests that can be shared with your GP. Functional testing that is not available through your healthcare provider will incur additional costs.
Supplements, should they be recommended, are an additional purchase, however, I will endeavour to recommend brands and formulations that fit your budget as best as possible and we can work together to find the right solution. Depending on the recommendation, I may be able to pass along discounts and savings to lower the cost of some supplements.
